Question #1 Any sweater that is not available to purchase through our website is no longer in stock. We do not plan on making anymore new sweaters. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and leave our warehouse. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail unless Overnight or International is specified. Orders shipped via USPS Priority will take 2-3 business days. International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority - please visit www.usps.gov to see various shipping times. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail along with a delivery confirmation number once your order has left our warehouse. No, the sweater does not come with the white shirt and tie. You can find a reasonably-priced white collared dress shirt that will be suitable at various clothing stores such as Target, Mervyn's and Gap. To find the tie, you may try doing a search on the Internet for various online outlets. We do not accept exchanges or refunds. Please choose your sweater carefully by looking at the measurements on the size chart which is located on our homepage. Yes, we ship internationally. However, there is an additional shipping charge of $10.00 (USD). In order to process your order quickly, please remember to click on the "Add" button for "International Shipping" located in the bright yellow box on the homepage.
